3. Quotes, Prices and Payment
- Any estimate given through the Website, by phone or by e-mail is preliminary and non-binding. Scrap metal prices change with the market.
- The final price is determined at the time of the transaction, based on the actual weight measured on our certified scales, the grade, purity and condition of the material, and current market rates.
- Deductions may apply for contamination, attachments, moisture, or non-metal materials.
- Payment is made after weighing and grading using the payment methods permitted by applicable law. We issue a weight ticket or receipt for every transaction.
- We do not charge you any fee for submitting a quote request through the Website.
4. Seller Obligations
By offering material to us you confirm that:
- You are of legal age and legally authorised to sell the material;
- You are the lawful owner of the material or have written permission from the owner, and the material is not stolen;
- You will provide valid government-issued photo identification and any other information required by scrap metal dealer laws;
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse any transaction and to report suspicious activity to law enforcement as required by law.
5. Prohibited Materials
We do not accept, and you must not deliver:
- Radioactive, explosive, flammable or hazardous materials, including ammunition and live shells;
- Sealed, pressurised or closed containers (gas cylinders, propane tanks, fire extinguishers) unless properly opened and certified empty;
- Materials containing asbestos, PCB, mercury or other regulated substances;
- Items containing fluids (oil, fuel, coolant) that have not been drained;
- Public infrastructure items (manhole covers, guardrails, signs, utility wire) without proof of legal ownership;
- Any material that cannot be legally sold or transported.
You are responsible for any damage, cleanup costs or penalties resulting from the delivery of prohibited materials.
6. Pickup and Container Services
Pickup dates, container placement and transport are confirmed individually. You must provide safe access to the site and ensure that the material is ready for loading. Containers remain our property; you are responsible for using them only for agreed materials. We may reschedule services because of weather, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to:

- Send spam, malicious code or automated requests through our forms;
